The Sunday Morning Experience
Sunday morning begins with a warm welcome at the door. Over 100 Ambassadors volunteer their time on Sunday to welcome you and answer any questions. From finding the right Sunday School class, getting coffee, or dropping your child off at the nursery, the Ambassadors will make sure you feel right at home.
Three distinctly different styles of worship are offered each Sunday to ensure you experience the fullness of the good news of Jesus Christ. Wonderful sermons embody God's good news to all and invite you to faithfully participate in Christ's service to the world.

Children are always welcome in worship, and are invited to enjoy a Children’s Bulletin or a Worship Workbook.
Throughout the morning, loving childcare is provided for babies and toddlers in the newly expanded Nursery and Preschool Room. Pagers are provided for your comfort.
Month of Sundays December 7, 2008 ~ Second Sunday in Advent Readings from Scripture: Mark 1:1-8 and Isaiah 40:1-11 Sermon: “Preparing the Way” Dr. Holyan preaching The prophet's work is to set the stage, to get everyone ready for what is about to come. God is bringing comfort. God is forgiving sin. God is unleashing good news across the lands. We are invited to trust in the one who levels the mountains, raises the valley, and straightens the road. December 14, 2008 ~ Third Sunday in Advent Readings from Scripture: Isaiah 61: 1-4, 8-11 and Luke 1: 47-55 Sermon: “The Power of a Wild Imagination” Dr. Blanchard preaching I always have had a sense of wonder about Mary, an unknown woman who is suddenly thrust into a role she had never expected or sought. She goes to find Elizabeth and together they share their amazement and wonder at the works and words of God reminding us that Advent is a season of hope. This is the time when we focus on the gift of love of the coming of Emmanuel, who is God-with-us, and in so doing renew our hearts and our lives with the healing and hopeful power of the good news. December 21, 2008 ~ Fourth Sunday in Advent Readings from Scripture: 2 Samuel 7:1-11, 16 and Luke 1:26-38 Sermon: “Mary Christmas” Dr. Holyan preaching In the response of Mary, we see the response of faith to the unbelievability of God's decision to act among all people. We, like Mary, are favored. We, like Mary, are unable to bring about the good news of Jesus without the workings of the Holy Spirit. We, hopefully, like Mary, will be able to say, once again, "Here I am, the servant of the Lord. Let it be with me according to your word." December 28, 2008 ~ One Worship Service at 10:00 a.m. Lessons and Carols December 24
