Stephen Ministry

Stephen Ministers

Extensively trained lay people are available to form confidential one-on-one relationships with persons experiencing grief, trauma, or transitional stress. Through this national ecumenical program, each Stephen Minister receives fifty hours of training to prepare for their role as a caring listener. Each Stephen Minister must participate in on-going supervision.

Stephen Ministers are there for you when you need someone to talk to. To learn more about becoming a Stephen Minister or to meet with a Stephen Minister, contact Dr. Karen Blanchard.
